Risk II is the second part of the strategy game which is an adaptation of the popular board game. As in the cardboard original, the action was set in the imperial period, i.e. in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.

The second part of a well-known series of strategy games based on the cardboard Risk prototype created nearly 40 years ago. The action takes us back to the times of great empires, in which the most important was a strong army, and numerous conquests were nothing unusual.
World War has come to an end, and you must command troops fighting for domination. Regroup your troops to destroy the enemy and conquer new territories. Negotiate alliances, ceasefire or peace. As Commander-in-Chief, it's up to you to decide whether to deploy an army, attack an enemy, or even betray allies if this leads to world domination.
- 42 territories located on the African, Asian, European, Australian, North and South American continents.
- Four phases of the game: phase of diplomacy, phase of completion, phase of combat, and phase of movement.
- Three game modes: "Classic Risk (based on the rules of the basic game), "Same Time Risk". (change from turn-based to real-time gameplay) and "Risk Tournament".
