He was responsible for operational deployment and efficiency of production software on Shrek. He supervised 10+ person team of technical directors, working with each production department to identify and remove any roadblocks or bottlenecks in their workflows. He optimized end-of-show rendering to make sure production would finish on schedule and managed very tight storage and CPU resources. He performed visual checks for every frame of Shrek as final quality control stage before committing the frames to film for theatrical release.
