- Aha. Chuck Berglund has now changed his Panoramio user name to match, and told me about it on my EN user page, where he gave me a barnstar! So I withdraw my nomination. However, the Panoramio license still says All Rights Reserved, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone else who didn't read this exchange were to nominate it for deletion on those grounds later. Chuck, if you're still reading, you really should either change the Panoramio license to match the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license on the Wikimedia page (simplest), or, if for whatever reason you don't want to mark it as CC on Panoramio, should send an email to COM:OTRS confirming that it's your picture and you're releasing it this way. --GRuban (talk) 14:28, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
