Keep - Image contains a close-up view of a handrail and some chains, neither of which are likely to meet the threshold of originality. The vegetation in the background isn't copyrightable, even if it is an indoor human made garden. The bridge and the balcony in the background are copyrightable, though a case could be made that they are de minimis. Overall, this is a weak keep from me.
