出现该情况后为驱动没有正确下载,或者下载的驱动包不能正常解压,XCode应该删除压缩包，下次重新下载
手动解决办法:
1、可以在项目中nuget单独的数据库驱动程序
2、稍候网络重试该驱动
3、将之前项目的Plugins文件夹驱动拷贝到该项目下
