Issue description

The taphold event is not raised in firefox on touch screen devices.

Test page

I use this jsFiddle exemple to reproduce the issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the test page with firefox
2. Maintain tap on the square

Expected result : square color change if taphold event is raised

Actual outcome

The taphold event is not raised.

Platforms/browsers (including version) and devices tested

• OS : Windows 10 enterprise 64bits
• Browser : Firefox ESR 38.3.0 / 45.7.0
• Device : DELL LATITUDE E7450 with touch screen

jQuery Mobile and jQuery core version used

• jQuery : 2.2.4
• jQuery Mobile : 1.4.5

Other relevant information

I try the same test on differents browers and OS without issue.

• Android 6.0.1 (on samsung galaxy tab A6)
  • Firefox 50.1.0
  • Chrome 55.0.2883.91
• Windows 10 enterprise 64bits (DELL LATITUDE E7450 with touch screen)
• Chrome 56.0.2924.87
• Microsoft Edge 25.10586.0.0
