I want to know the details of supported 5G features of the latest 21.10 srsRAN gNodeB.
In the document, it says that srsRAN now supports 5G NSA gNodeB,
but I noticed that it only supports limited features like below.
15kHz subcarrier spacing
n3 or n78 band
numerology 3 (as hardcoded in lib/include/srsran/common/slot_point.h)
50 resource blocks for gNB, 50 resource blocks for eNB.
Round Robin MAC scheduler
Relating to this I have several questions.
What numerology, TTI, SC is gNodeB exactly using?
If gNB supports 15kHz, is it using numerology 0 and 1ms TTI (slot) duration for scheduling?
Is it possible to increase/decrease the number of resource blocks other than 50 in NR?
What bandwidth does srsRAN NSA mode support?
Will other MAC schedulers such as Proportional Fair be implemented in the near future?
