Dear developers,

I want to know the details of supported 5G features of the latest 21.10 srsRAN gNodeB.
In the document, it says that srsRAN now supports 5G NSA gNodeB,
but I noticed that it only supports limited features like below.

  • 15kHz subcarrier spacing
  • n3 or n78 band
  • numerology 3 (as hardcoded in lib/include/srsran/common/slot_point.h)
  • 50 resource blocks for gNB, 50 resource blocks for eNB.
  • Round Robin MAC scheduler

Relating to this I have several questions.

  • What numerology, TTI, SC is gNodeB exactly using?
If gNB supports 15kHz, is it using numerology 0 and 1ms TTI (slot) duration for scheduling?

  • Is it possible to increase/decrease the number of resource blocks other than 50 in NR?

  • What bandwidth does srsRAN NSA mode support?

  • Will other MAC schedulers such as Proportional Fair be implemented in the near future?
