Accused of espionage, at best they rotted in secret police prisons, at worst they were sentenced to death in rigged trials. In 1947, Colonel Witold Urbanowicz, visiting Poland, falls into the hands of the Security Service. In the prison on Rakowiecka Street, he is beaten and tortured, and information about his colleagues and commanders from the squadron is forcibly taken from him. However, his spirit does not break - instead of denunciations or confessing to espionage, he focuses on the truth about the Battle of Britain and the role of himself and his colleagues, the heroes of these fights.
