In Dauphin County, Pa., our cloud-based phone system introduced remote access and videoconferencing, allowing team members to take calls from anywhere. IT Director Elizabeth Parry involved users in selecting the system, with 86% choosing Avaya. Her advice to IT leaders is to give users a choice.
