Keep The uploader is (as she shows on all her images) Anuradha Dullewe Wijeyeratne - note the same surname. This is a personal photograph. Uploader has uploaded many images of that family. I've been here before...  Ronhjones  (Talk) 21:44, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the debate was: Delete; deleted by Diannaa (talk · contribs · blocks · protections · deletions · page moves · rights · RfA) A file with this name on Commons is now visible. AnomieBOT 05:04, 9 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

File:Sinitta's birth certificate.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
  • This image is non-free. The license used claims the birth certificate is a work of the United States Federal Government, but the birth certificate is from the State of Washington Department of Health, which is not the United States Federal Government. There also is a similar image at commons.wikimedia.org. Jreferee (talk) 12:48, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

File:Scott Gaille.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
  • The Flickr account was created today and only contains this photo, which furthermore doesn't have any EXIF. This is presumably Flickrwashing. Stefan2 (talk) 15:15, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete unless permission is confirmed through OTRS. The uploader uploaded the same image on 30 September naming Ella Shiheo as the author (this was deleted because it was uploaded as Wikipedia use only). January (talk) 21:00, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete This needs to be deleted. As you both said, the Flickr account has a single entry, the uploaded image, with the caption "Gaille Photo - Namibia". There is no EXIF, nor anything else to indicate it is truly Scott Gaille! The user name is lvrmrsh displayed as Oliver Marsh with this account URL, yet the supposed photographer-author is listed on WP as Ella Shiheo, without any other details. The up loader is the same WP user who wrote the Scott Gaille BLP article, which needs massive editing (removal of at least 20 superfluous external links that are not inline citations). --FeralOink (talk) 03:13, 9 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
