2× NCAA rebounding leader?

[edit]

Why no mention of him leading the nation in rebounding, twice, while in college? Seems like a pretty significant achievement to be overlooked. Jrcla2 (talk) 05:25, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'll find a source for that later and add it. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. AaronY (talk) 15:56, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Might want to mention that he was a 1973 consensus Second Team All-American too. Jrcla2 (talk) 15:59, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
K. I looked at our rebounding leaders article and it appears he has some record for highest average as well. Unfortunately, the source there (which I was gonna grab for here) didn't seem reliable enough. I'll check for one later. AaronY (talk) 16:03, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
If you use the general reference provided for that article, that would suffice. It lists all of the yearly rebounding leaders and their averages. Since it's the official NCAA men's basketball media guide (2009–10 edition) it's reliable. Jrcla2 (talk) 16:19, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
K, thx. AaronY (talk) 16:21, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
