As of version 0.2, Pythagora has experimental support for importing an existing project. At the start of the project, when you're asked to provide project description, you can choose to import project instead. You'll need to copy the files to the specified directory (if using our VSCode extension, you just select the source folder), and then Pythagora will analyze the files and ask you what you want to add.
