Strategr comes to Windows!

• This is the first version of Strategr for Windows. Currently, It has the same features as the macOS version, except calendar export.
  Supported Windows versions are 7 or higher, both 32 and 64 bit.

• From this version on, Strategr uses the new update system. To update from previous versions, you have to manually install at least this version (v0.0.11)
