- About My Library
- Thank you, LT! I've needed a searchable and tag-able database of my library, and now the smart-phone accessible version is a huge bonus. Between that and my (in-phone) wish list, I'm no longer puzzled and aphasic, wandering aimlessly through the bookstore. I still bring home duplicates, however, but now on purpose - books my spouse can mark up, so I can keep "my copy" clean.
Over the years I have collected, bought, adopted and gleaned. Unfortunately, occasioned by household relocations, I have also relinquished (to my permanent regret).
The two of us have a wonderfully hand-in-glove fit of our personal libraries - there's "hers," "his" and "ours." Scotland on one end, sailing on the other, and a lot of philosophy in between.
It's a roomful of friends. The most pleasant wallpaper and wall art. It is the wealth of kings' gold and the comfort of raspberry tea. Life would be so shabby and bare without a library. - Location
