“Church Building” vs “Church”
[edit]It seems to be that, simply, “church” would be term for this in common use, and that the addition of “building” is an attempt at disambiguation.
That practice is inelegant-it compromises the data to make up for problems with the user interface. I won’t change anything now, but I wish we’d have better ways to deal with such problems. Karl Oblique (talk) 16:44, 9 March 2021 (UTC)
building constructed for Christian worship
[edit]This formulation corresponds to the German one. There is no need to replace the word "worship" by the clumsy term "religious activities" --- greetings Hans G. Oberlack (talk) 22:37, 1 August 2022 (UTC)
