With the imminent release, many players start to wonder about console premiere, multiplayer and romances. However, these are not the only interesting topics. And a connected question is – will the game support controllers and keybinding?

Chef RPG – Steam Deck, Controller Support and Keybinding Explained

Luckily, the answer to all these questions is yes. Developers plan to add all these features. You will be able to play Chef RPG on Steam Deck. Moreover there will be controller support and keybinding. You will not be forced to wait for these features for a long time, too. In the official FAQ published on Steam, we can read that:

Will there be Steamdeck and Controller Support?

We are slightly behind on Steamdeck and Controller support, due to the sheer number of menus in this game. These, along with key rebinding, will be the primary focus after launch and should be ready in a few weeks. We thank you for your patience as we work on these controller modifications, and we will post further updates on this!

As you can see, all these features should be available a few weeks from launch. Of course, you should remember that World 2 Studio is an indie developer with a small team. Keep in mind that delays are expected.
