Fire-Themed Warbond Will Ignite Helldivers 2 Players. Freedom's Flame Will Be Released Shortly After Major Update and Will Introduce Many New Features

A new combat pass called Flame of Freedom will soon be coming to Helldivers 2. It will introduce quite a few new items with fiery themes.

Arrowhead Studio introduced a new battle pass that is heading to Helldivers 2. New weapons, armors, and cloaks will be introduced thanks to it, and everything will be adorned with a fire-theme motif in accordance with the name Freedom's Flame. Below you can watch a short trailer.

Freedom's Flame - content

The release of the new Warbond - referred to as battle passes in the Helldivers 2 dictionary - is set for August 8th. As part of it, we will be able to get:

  1. three new weapons - the SG-451 Cookout, which fires a volley of phosphorus shot that sets enemies on fire; the FLAM-66 Torcher; and the P-72 Crisper, a pocket flamethrower designed for short-range combat;
  2. booster - firebomb hellpods;
  3. two armors - coded "I-09 Heatseeker" and "I-102 Draconaught" - providing 75% resistance to fire damage;
  4. title - "Fire Safety Officer";
  5. the " safety orange" patterns, which you will repaint the shuttle, hellpod, and exosuit with;
  6. two capes - "Purifying eclipse" and "the Breach";
  7. three emojis.

The largest update in the game's history will be introduced two days before the new Warbond to Helldivers 2. Escalation of Freedom will provide, among others: higher difficulty level, more varied missions, and new enemies.
