- About My Library
- The library consists of books that I have read at least partially and found useful and/or entertaining. I own many of them, some at home, some at the office, but I also list books I borrowed from the public library or owned in the past.
My ratings roughly mean: Excellent (5 stars), Very Good (4 stars), Good (3.5 stars), Serviceable (3 stars), Bad (2 stars), Atrocious (1 star),.. and everything in between. - About Me
- Physics professor, originally from Germany. Interested in all of science, especially physics, biology and geology. But also history, philosophy, religion, literature, music etc.
"It is by doubting that we come to investigate, and by investigating that we recognize the truth."
-- Peter Abelard, scholastic philosopher
